Beat the ever-worsening traffic by working from home…in real time!!!

I currently live in south Austin and work in Round Rock.  I can blame no one but myself, BUT that doesn’t mean it would be a lot more viable and a lot sweeter to work from home more often if it was as fast as if I was actually in the office!

Logging in from home now on cable modem to the company’s servers is slow.  I may as well fight traffic and drive in.  But if Matthew McConaughey said to me “Hey man, traffic in this city sucks.  Why don’t you just log in and work from home?” I would have to respond, “Who, me? Naw, man I’m cool,” and then he’d reply, “It’d be a lot cooler if you did.”
